Finding the Right Legal Structure

Finding the Right Legal Structure

B-Corp, Social Enterprise, Coop, Corporation, or Non-Profit - What's the right legal structure for your idea anyways? How should you incorporate if you want to maximize equitable decision making, giving back to a cause, profitability, grants, etc?

Facilitated by Omar Yaqub, MBA, BSc, this workshop is ideal for people who are thinking about incorporation, but aren't sure if a standard corporate structure can do everything they want it to.
